NUTRITION THAT ADAPTS

Your camp changes.
Your plan should too.

Hard training days do not need the same food as rest days. Your plan changes with your training, weight and fight date.

01 / START WITH THE FIGHTER

No generic plans.

We look at your body, training, food, schedule and target weight. Your plan must fit your real life.

02 / ADAPT THROUGH CAMP

When camp changes, the plan changes.

If training moves, weight slows or a problem comes up, we adjust the plan. You are not left to guess.

03 / FINISH READY

Making weight is only half the job.

Reach the scales with a clear plan. Then replace fluid and fuel so you are ready to fight.

COMBAT SPORTS NUTRITION

Combat sports nutrition, explained.

Condition Nutrition helps fighters fuel training, manage weight and recover after the scales. We work across MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing and boxing.

Fighters must train hard while bringing their weight down. A normal diet may not cover both needs. A fight plan must support training, recovery and the target weight.

Food and fluid should match the work. Hard days need more fuel. Lighter days need less. Protein helps repair muscle. Carbs help fuel hard training. The plan also moves the fighter towards weight.

As the weigh-in gets closer, food, fluid, carbs, salt and fibre may need to change. After the scales, the goal is to replace fluid and fuel so the fighter can perform.

We have worked with fighters competing in ONE Championship, UFC, PFL, Cage Warriors, WBC Muay Thai and professional boxing. This helps us build plans that work around training, travel and fight-week pressure.

Our nutrition guidance draws on research indexed in PubMed and real fight-camp experience. Condition Nutrition and Peter Miller have been featured by the South China Morning Post, Bangkok Post, Sportskeeda and other combat sports media. View the media page.

What does a combat sports nutritionist do?

We help fighters fuel training, manage weight, make weight and recover after the scales.

Do I need to be a professional fighter?

No. We work with first-time amateurs, developing fighters and world champions.

Why does fight week need its own plan?

Food, fluid and recovery needs change as the weigh-in gets closer. A clear plan removes guesswork.

What happens after the weigh-in?

The fighter replaces lost fluid and fuel so they can prepare for the fight.
